A/C Evaporator Core 1986-1991

This is a new evaporator core for 1986-1991 FSJ's. 

This unit replaced the core that is located under the dash near where the A/C blower is located.  Replacement requires you to discharge the system (according to local laws / regulations), and disconnect lines & drop the underdash AC unit.  Access should be gained through the black cap on top of the underdash AC unit when dropped down.  

We highly recommend changing out the AC Expansion Valve at the same time, since it is immediately adjacent and you'll have to remove it anyway.  We have those available separately HERE.
