How do I check the status of my order?
You can easily check your order’s progress at any time:

Click on Order Status at the top right of the page.

Here you will see if your order is Awaiting Fulfillment, Shipped, or Partially Shipped. Once it ships, your tracking number will be posted directly to this page.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as our shipping department packages your order and creates a label, an automated email containing your tracking number (UPS, USPS, or FedEx) will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
Tip: If you didn't receive an email, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
Why does my order say "Awaiting Fulfillment"?
This means we have received your order and our team is actively gathering, packing, or preparing your items. If your order contains custom or specialty items, it may remain in this status a bit longer as those parts are prepared or built.
Shipping Policies
When will I receive my order?
When you pay for shipping, our webstore gives an estimated arrival time. This is only estimated and is not guaranteed. USPS is the worst offender regarding this. Sometimes the estimated time is days or even a week off. If you want a more reliable estimate, please select UPS or FedEx.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on orders over $80 shipping to the Lower 48 states.
What method is used for free shipping?
We will ship using the cheapest method. For lighter items we generally utilize USPS Ground Advantage but if UPS or FedEx are cheaper we will use those options instead.
When will my order ship?
Most in-stock products ship in 1-2 business days.
What happens if I order multiple items and one is backordered?
We make every attempt to ship all items in your order at the same time. If some items are temporarily unavailable, we may ship the in-stock items first to keep your project moving. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your original receipt, and the entirety of that shipping charge will be applied to the first shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Full-Size Jeep enthusiasts all over the globe! Please enter your shipping address at checkout to see international shipping rates and options.
Payments & Authorizations
When is my credit card actually charged?
When you submit an order, your bank places a temporary authorization hold on your card to ensure the funds are available. We only physically charge your card once your items are packed and ready to ship.

If we do not charge the card within 4 to 7 business days, your bank will typically release the hold, and the funds will appear back in your account until we finalize the shipment.

PayPal Users: PayPal authorizations automatically expire after 30 days.
Receiving, Damages, & Returns
What should I do when my package arrives?
Check your order immediately! When your package arrives, open it up and verify that:

The parts received match your invoice.

Nothing is missing.

Nothing was damaged during transit.
⚠️ Important: You have 30 days from delivery to report any damages, missing items, or packing errors. If something is damaged, you must keep the original box and all packing materials so we can file a carrier claim.
What if a part is defective?
We strive to supply only the highest-quality parts. If you receive a defective item, please log into your account and submit a return request to receive a Return Authorization Number and return instructions. Defective items must be sent back to us within 90 days for inspection, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
