Terms & Conditions

Check Your Order!

When you receive your order, please inspect it for damage and verify the parts received match what was ordered and what is shown on the invoice. You have 30 days to contact us regarding any damage or incorrect / missing items. You must retain the box(es) and all packing materials if anything is damaged or missing, as a claim will need to be filed.

Credit Cards and PayPal

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards as a form of payment (we do NOT accept Discover Card, but you can use Discover through PayPal). There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

When you submit an order, its just an authorization to charge (we only charge once the item/s are ready to ship). Credit Cards typically put a hold on your account for that amount for 4-7 business days in anticipation of it being charged on our end. But we only physically charge you once the order is packed & ready to go. When they see that we haven’t charged you within that timeframe, they usually release the hold on the funds and it appears back in your account (although technically, it never left). PayPal’s authorization expires after 30 days, and the hold they had on your funds is released and shows back up in your account. 

Defective Part?

It is our goal to supply you with the highest quality parts available, but sometimes a part can be defective. If a part is defective, please send it back to us within 90 days. We will then inspect it and either send you a new part or refund your money, whichever you prefer.  Submit a return request from your account for a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to return to.

Multiple Products on an Order

For multiple products on an order, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise.  We will ship these items without contacting you within 30 days.  After 30 days we will contact you to make sure you still want said product.  You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.  If the out-of-stock product comes back into stock within 30 days, we will ship it without contacting you.  If it comes in after 30 days we will contact you before shipping.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship, or for incorrect items that were shipped. All general returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee (**Note: items that are drop-shipped may have additional restocking fees up to 25% that will apply). No returns on installed / used parts.

All returns must have a return authorization number.

All general returns must be made within 30 days.

Please submit a return request from your account to receive a return authorization number. If you return an item in which shipping is free or included in the price, we will credit you back the amount of the item less the restocking fee and less the cost of shipping on the item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time -- Most orders will ship the next business day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Other Conditions

These conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether this store signs them or not. BJ's Off-Road reserves the right to make changes to this site and these conditions at any time.

Consent to SMS Text Messaging

If you request to be contacted by SMS text message from either your order or by texting us a question, you acknowledge that Message and Data Rates may apply depending on your carrier. You can STOP messaging by sending STOP and get more help by sending HELP.  We do not share personal data and content with third parties / affiliates or partners.  See our Privacy Policy Below.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, BJ's Off-Road shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. BJ's Off-Road shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, BJ's Off-Road will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price.
