Chevrolet Automatic Transmission to AMC Engine Adapter

This adapter kit is designed to allow the use of a TH350, 700R, 4L60E, TH400 to the Jeep 4.2 6-cylinder, and the 304, 360 & 401 AMC V8's. The kit will require a modified flexplate (see pull down menu) and a GM torque converter. 

The adapter kit includes a precision cut and machined 5/8" steel adapter plate, crank bushing, torque converter spacer, dowel parts, fastening hardware and adapter instructions.

**Note: This kit is not for use with 4L60/65/70E originally used with GEN III or GEN IV V8 engines.

Note: The flexplates we offer only fit GM torque converters with 10.75" bolt pattern, does not fit TH400 11.50" or 4L80E.

For the flexplate, be sure to select your year / model in the pull down menu above.

**Note for 1988-1991 Models ONLY: due to the original 1988-1991 flexplate's having been discontinued, this included custom flexplate requires you to also change to the 1980-1987 high-torque starter.  That will be included in the price for the 1988-1991 models in the pull-down menu to the right.  The starter will ship separately and is a direct swap out.
