These are the side panels in the back cargo area of a Wagoneer, Grand Wagoneer and Cherokee.  

ABS Cargo Area Panels won't warp when they get wet and can be covered with upholstery.  Approximately 1/8" thick ABS plastic.

These are Made To Order, and take approximately 2-4 weeks to be made and shipped.

The 1 or 2-piece passenger side question explanation: on the rear passenger side in the cargo area, some were ordered with a 1-piece panel which was harder to gain access to the jack and tool inside the quarter panel.  Others were ordered with a 2-piece panel, which made it easier to access the quarter.  You can select whichever one you prefer.
