Replacement door lock cylinders. These are sold in a pair and are keyed alike. Cylinder shaft must be cut to match original shaft.

Measure twice, cut once
Great fit and now my doors lock and unlock with a key. It's up to the installer to measure and cut rod accurately.

Pretty Good
Squre shaft is long so plan to cut to fit. Lock gaskets had a bit of molding flash on them and I trimmed the inside and outside with the wifes small cuticle scissors to get them to fit more snuggly around the lock body. Sshhhhh. Much nicer fit and finish than my previous locks without the gasket.

the square shaft is a lot longer than necessary. had to cut them down to correct length to fit. otherwise they are great.
