Tilt Column PRNDL Bezel with Lens (TH400)

Replacement PRNDL Housing and plastic lens for your tilt steering column with the TH400 Transmission.  For columns built with tilt function, this replacement bezel comes with a new acrylic laser cut and engraved PRNDL plastic lens and plastic clip to replace your broken or missing spring steel clip. Made from White ASA plastic, this housing is heat and UV resistant.

Easily painted to match your application!  To prep the parts, lightly scuff or sand the surface, then clean with denatured alcohol or something similar (avoid heavy acetone use as it can melt the plastics).  Then paint, dye or wrap as you wish. 

Included with the housing is 1 black plastic clips that can be used if your OEM spring steel clip is missing or broken. The foam strip is used to tighten up the fitment of the housing on the column and will help isolate the back light (trim foam to your liking using scissors or a razor knife).

Light sanding or filing of the housing may be necessary to fine tune the PRNDL lens fitment. Reforming the spring steel retention clip that is fastened to the column may be necessary for this installation. With the retention clip fastened to the column, lightly pull up on the two fingers on the left side of the column until they are floating so the recesses on the bezel engage the clip fingers. This would also be a good time to replace the bulb in the column and clean your column from any grease or dirt.
