The factory accelerator nozzle spray of most popular carburetors is a stream of fuel that is hard for the engine to atomize and combust, limiting the performance of your carburetor and engine.  This ingenious solution changes that stream into a spray and helps increases engine performance through better atomization of the fuel. 

With the addition of the Powerblast Plate, the accelerator nozzle spray is precisely directed into the air stream, resulting in greatly improved throttle response and acceleration performance.  This is one of the biggest advancements for carburetors and is a true revolution in carburetor technology! 

There is nothing else on the market you can spend so little on that gives your engine this much added performance.  The Powerblast Plate is is precision-designed with exact flares and curves in order to fan out the fuel in an exact pattern, delivering it into the high speed air at the edge of the venturi which results in increased fuel surface area and better-atomized fuel mixed with the incoming air. This atomized air-fuel mixture is more combustible and what the engine wants to burn, not the existing balls of raw fuel that choke the engine and eventually get spit out the tailpipe, unused. Without the exact flares and curves of the Powerblast Plate, the accelerator pump fuel shot will not atomize as much as it could, and your engine is (sadly) robbed of the performance enhancing benefits of atomized fuel.

This part number works with Motorcraft 2100 2bbl & 4100 4bbl Autolite style Carburetors, and with Summit Racing M2008 Series Carburetors.  It will NOT fit the 2150 or any other carburetor. 

Must be used with the standard "Straight" accelerator pump discharge nozzles (Not designed to work with the "tube style" or "anti-pullover" nozzles).

If you have a Vacuum Secondary with 1 Acceleration Pump Nozzle - order 1 plate. 

If you have a Mechanical Secondary with 2 Acceleration Pump Nozzles - order 2 plates.

The Powerblast Plate is designed and sold for use on Non-Pollution-Controlled vehicles only.
