Tailgate Conical Alignment Bushings

Does your tailgate rattle? Does it not properly align when closing? If so, have we got the thing for you! Cone shaped alignment bushing for tailgate. These will solve all your problems, and actually make people like you more!

These Brand New Tailgate Conical Alignment Bushings are for use with our Tailgate Alignment Pins.  These are the cones that are in the top left and right of the tailgate sides.  These then close onto the tailgate alignment pins, and they help keep your tailgate centered and keep it from rattling.  They also help your glass stay aligned with the Tailgate Glass Slide Channel in the upper body.

My tailgate has been bouncing around as I traverse all the trails around my cabin resulting in a lot of noise and crazy amount of issues inside the tailgate from the window coming off the rail to the motor literally coming apart (screws loosened up). I did not even know these bushing existed. Ran across them when I was looking for window retainer clips. Put the bushings in the empty holes ... replaced the locators ... and so much less rattling ... plus the gate closes much cleaner. If your tailgate is rattling these are probably either trashed or gone ... buy them ... it takes a minute or two to replace the bushings a few more to replace the locators.

  • Easy montage with amazing results.

A must have for a silent ride without the rattling noice of the tailgate.
