BJ's Off-Road is proud to offer a conversion kit to replace your stock vacuum switch for the BW1305 and BW1339 Quadratrac transfer cases! This switch mounts like a headlight switch and you push and pull the knob to engage or disengage the 4WD.
On the switch, IN routes to the engine, while C1 & C2 route to the transfer case (the other two ports labeled EXH must be left open). Position C1 & C2 may be swapped depending on if you want the transfer case engaged or disengaged when the switch is pushed in (C2 is energized when pushed in).

Very slick part!
This could not have been easier to install replacing the knob switch, and makes it easier to engage the the Quadratrac!

Quadratac emergency switch
I've been trying to figure out how to make a vacuum switch to engage the Quadratac emergency drive as I have lost mine during the rebuild. I came across this and it's exactly what I need. It's small and should nicely in the dash. I don't want it in the glove box. I haven't installed it yet but it looks very well made.
