Product Details

USA Made 46-Link Overdrive QuadraTrac transfer case chain kit!

These units are made for BJ's Off-Road and are Made in the USA!

Standard chains have 48 links, Overdrive chains have 46 links.

Back when the Morse Chain stock ran out, we had to buy chains that were made in China and they didn't hold up. We now have a USA manufacturer to make these chains for us and they are much nicer than their China-made counterpart!

**NOTE: Overdrive Chains are ONLY for cases that already have an Overdrive Conversion installed.  The Mile Marker Part Time Conversion kit is not an overdrive unit, and a low-range unit is also not overdrive.  And installing an overdrive chain into a standard chain case will not work, and does not give you overdrive.  If you have any questions, contact us before ordering.

  • Eliminated Reverse Clunk

I recently bought a 79 Chief Cherokee. The fluid in the transfer case was a mixture of TCL and transmission fluid. When shifting into reverse, I would get a heavy clunk and jarring from the drive train. Most forums said universal joints, spider gear and shaft or rear differential for clunk. When I measured the chain slack it was 1/4" to maybe 3/8" max. Forums said replace at 1/2" or more. I purchased the kit and replace the seals and chain. No more clunk, and only TCL in the case. Jeep drives like new.
