PSC is the top brand in the power steering pump industry, and is a great upgrade for your factory pump, whether you have a stock rig, hard core off-road rig or anywhere in between!
This is a bolt-on replacement for the Saginaw P-series pump. All P-series pumps are easily identified as they bolt inside the front face of a steel reservoir. The heart of the 1400 pump is a larger ring and rotor which displaces more fluid per revolution. This makes it the pump of choice for not only stock applications, but also serious off-roaders that operate at low engine RPMs and also those with extensive steering modifications. These are also Zinc Plated!
The PSC pump is HIGHLY recommended for use with one of our RedHead Steering Gear Boxes to get the most performance possible from your steering system (those are listed HERE).
This Pump Is Brand New, Not Remanufactured. Pulley is NOT included (Press-On Style Only).
Note: **These are also available in a further-modified version for full hydraulic steering systems using a steering control valve and multiple steering cylinders. Contact us for details.
Installation Note: If the new installation bolts on the back aren't long enough, you can swap over your existing longer bolts. To do this, you will remove ONE bolt at a time, swap it, then tighten down before moving to the next bolt. If however you loosen / remove more than one at a time, the internal canister can rotate and is extremely difficult & labor intensive to correct. So only swap ONE bolt at a time!!!

Great product
Installed with ease, works as expected. Note: if you have done the S10 box you will need to swap out the fitting for the high pressure side or your existing line will not work.
