Are you sick and tired of replacing flextracks?  Or did your FSJ come with manual windows, and you now want power windows?  If your answer to either of those is yes, then this is the kit for you!!

This is a complete, bolt-in 4-door power window kit designed for Full-Size Jeeps!  This even has the option of being plug-and-play utilizing your factory switches with our pigtail kits for 1980-1991 Models!

These kits are Made in the USA and features a gear driven mechanism!  No more flex-tracks or cables.

Our kit includes brackets for the rear door regulators!

Note:  This kit will not fix low voltage at the motor (caused by worn out switches), you will need to couple this kit with our Power Window Relay Kit to eliminate any low voltage issues at the motors.

For those that have FSJ's that came with power windows, you can reuse your existing switches or change to our aftermarket switches in the pull-down menu to the right. Our switches are available in multiple styles, these switches allow those converting from manual windows to control the Power Window Conversion Kit.  Styles include Manual Style, where you will use a manual window crank handle to operate them (this is for those that want an original interior look but with modern power windows); we have GM Nostalgic and GM Standard Style Switches (closest to original looking), Ford Style Switches as well as Black Illuminated switches.  Basically something for everyone!

The switch kits come complete with switch set, bezel and wiring harness.  They are a direct plug-and-play with our conversion kits.  Note that these are NOT replacements for original switches with original power window motors.

**Note: Manual Switches are sold in PAIRS.  This style uses your original manual window crank to operate the windows (we also sell replacement handles).  The Manual Kits that use your original crank to operate the windows may require modifications to fit, as the proximity to the conversion kit may cause conflicts.  The standard style electric switches don't have this issue.

For those that already bought the Power Window Motor Kits and need just the switch kits, those are also available by themselves HERE!

Installed the 4-door power window kit to get rid of the flextracks after 2 decided to freeze up on the same day. Some advice - get the pigtails and lifter bars. Installation on the front doors is easy breezy. Probably could do it in 20 minutes each door if you don't break anything getting the old stuff out. The rear doors are fairly straightforward, but there aren't any instructions for installing the brackets and one of the support brackets that came with my kit had to be cut apart and reconfigured to work correctly on the driver's rear door. (You can see the brackets installed if you go to the rear power window kit listing page.) Also, you'll have to drill two holes for the lower part of the bracket. I'd suggest rivets to keep the bottom edge of the door panel from bumping out from bolt heads. One of the rear doors also had a lot of interference from the door latch bar inside the door. Some persuasion on the latch-bar did the trick. Run the window up and down - slowly - at each door to make sure everything is free and clear before you button everything up. I also had to re-pin two of the harness adapters because it reversed the direction of my switches. I didn't notice if these harnesses were door-specific, so it may have been installer error. Thanks BJ's for supporting these old Jeeps!

  • Excellent replacement regulator for your tired flex track regulators.

These are straightforward to install, though be careful with the supplied rear brackets. One was more than 1/2" off from the mounting holes, requiring I drill one of the doors. Finishing and welding of the brackets was mediocre. Otherwise an excellent kit.
