NP228 / NP229 Twin Stick Kit

This twin stick kit is designed to replace the vacuum shift system installed on all NP228 and NP229 transfer cases.  It provides a positive mechanical link to the transfer case so you know if you are in 4WD and / or Low Range.  Easily installed and built to take whatever abuse you can dish out!

** Note: this kit doesn't replace the CAD (Axle Vacuum Pod) on 1983-1984 front axles, it just replaces transfer case shift assembly.  If you have the CAD on your front axle, you can easily reroute vacuum to eliminate the transfer case vacuum circuit while still keeping the front axle vacuum actuated.
