Works GREAT and is re-usable!!
These LubeLocker gaskets are fantastic and totally worth the price. My Dana 30 had bad, bad, bad oil in it. After scooping and blowing the old sludge out, I ran a quart of oil in it for a couple of miles and then drained that and added clean oil. I was able to use the same gasket for BOTH oil changes, no problem at all. This would have been impossible with RTV.
