Door Jamb Switch Kit. Finally, replacement door jamb switches are available again!!
Each Kit includes two switches and wiring connectors. Enough to do both front doors.
This switch is what turns on your dome light when you open the door. This switch fits front doors only.
**NOTE: 1989 was a cut-off year. If you have a 1989, it could have used this style, or it could have used the 1990-1991 Style (HERE). Compare what you removed to each style to decide.
**Installation: If your rig has a single wire on the driver side, you can connect it to either terminal on the switch (doesn't matter which one you choose). If your rig has two wires, yours is set up for a door chime module and you will connect one wire to each terminal (again, doesn't matter which). Note that the passenger side is always one wire, and you can connect to either terminal on the switch.

Door Jamb Swithces
These are a great product. Fitment is perfect and installation very simple. The original connector does need to be replaced as it will not fit the switches however you get 3 with the kit which is a nice touch. Would recommend these to anyone.

Doorjamb switches
They fit and worked excellent. Either single wire or two wire hook up capable if your waggy came with a chime. I have a 82 wagoneer base model, single wire. Fitment is perfect, install was easy, splice the wire and hook it up with the provided kit. I highly recommend this product to anyone having issues with their domelight either staying on with the door close or the light not coming on when open. Just wish BJ's has the rear doors. These are for front doors and fit perfect!!
