Billet Manual Tailgate Window Crank Handle
New billet aluminum replacement tailgate window crank handle for manual tailgate windows! This is made here in the USA, and will fit both the original manual regulators AND the aftermarket regulators!
These fix the issue of handles stripping due to lack of proper spline engagement, which is what the original aftermarket units suffered from. These also have a detent to keep the key cover in the location desired.
This is a great addition to any FSJ with a manual tailgate.
For installation, its pretty simple! Have your tailgate window rolled all the way up. Next, install the crank with the handle pointing down towards the ground (this will make the lock align properly and the window will look right when rolled up and locked). Then install the 3 retaining screws one at a time most of the way. Once all 3 are installed, then fully tighten.
Keep your manual tailgate window functioning correctly with one of these! And since its billet, well, you'll be the coolest kid on the block!

**Note: when installing the lock cylinder, make SURE that you have the release pin / tab in the correct position (where it aligns with the small hole) before installing. If you install the lock in the wrong orientation, you can't remove it without drilling it out.

These are stout and the deep splines to the regulator eliminate the stripping issue with other replacement cranks. The lock cylinder cover is tight and has a firm open and closed position. The price seems high until you see it and install.

This quality rear window manual crank handle solved all my earlier problems with the "run-of-the-mill soft pot metal Crown repros.
